Menu 11.5-11.11/07

There are gonna be some repeaters from last week since I *think* maybe I made 1/7 things from last week’s menu? It was a bad week.

MONDAY: Cream Cheese Chicken
TUESDAY: Unfried chicken, mashed potato, “veggie”
WEDNESDAY: (leftovers?)
THURSDAY: Eggplant Lasagna
FRIDAY: (date night)
SATURDAY: L- TMNT salad | (D- friends’ GTG)
SUNDAY: L- BPC soup | D- filet mignon, potato, “veggie”

DESSERT? iced pumpkin cookies*

* Funny story: I asked Todd to go to the grocery store b/c I forgot an ingredient (I forget what now) for a recipe and he came back 30 minutes later with whatever it was I asked for *AND* pumpkin filling b/c he wants me to make the iced pumpkin cookies again. Since there was a sale for 2/$3, he got 2! Thats ALOT of iced pumpkin cookies… LOL.
