I am addicted to kraft foods’ website (thanks to my good friend April for the rec!) esp for a cooking novice like me. The recipes are “easy” and taste great so when I saw a chicken and avocado recipe I knew I had save it for a future meal. My hubbie loves chicken and I love avocados. Its gotta be a great combination just like us! ::cheese::

I got this from a really well known “chef”…. BETTY CROCKER! ok I admit it. I wasn’t in the mood to cook and this was an easy dinner option.

Makes 7 servings
Calories/serving = 240
WW pts/serving = 5 points
As you can see from the box, I *did* have to add the chicken myself. That counts for something right? LOL.

I guess I am not much of a “stew” person so did not appeal to me
Tomorrow I’ll get back in the cooking game. That’s a good wifey promise!
